I do not like taking selenium minerals in liquid form (tastes awful), so I'm willing to take this pill. Benefit: So far, I've noticed my gray hairs coming back with my natural dark color. The ingredients are good and I appreciate that they are in liposomal form (better bioavailabilty).

There is no taste, but there is an odd and kinda creepy smell, but it did not linger afterwards. The packaging was a bit hard to get into but I would rather that than no safety protocols. My view is that it is a quality products with the composition of the ingredients including selenium L Selenomethione in phospolid complex from Non GMO source. note that, the product claimed vegan, soy free, dairy free and gluten free. The size is 1 capsule contains 200mcg selenium minerals. Overall i am happy with my purchase.
