I have been loving this Daily Veggie Blend pills. I have been on a health kick and attempting to eat a lot more vegetables. However, I still found it difficult to eat the desired amount. I added these into my daily routine because I love how many veggies and superfoods are packed into the pills. I take them in the morning with a glass of water and don't experience any nausea. These have good quality health ingredients packed with superfood and antioxidants that has great benefits but packaging and serving size compared to price is crazy. Maybe if you can’t tolerate powder. Has strong smell, no taste in particular. I don’t have a particular complaint so didn’t notice any improvement. Good to start at any age.
