Good quality. Been consuming cinnamon ingredient supplements to help with benefit such as maintaining my blood sugar. So far I think it works for me. Size is slightly large for swallowing. One dosage daily is enough for me. No after taste.
Great quality as always, delivery was punctual, dosage and size is just right. My immune system and well being has improved as a result. Does not have any after-taste. However just a caveat that this is Cassia Cinnamon so be careful how much you take.

I took myself off my metformin and started on Swanson True Cinnamon and it's been fantastic.
