An ideal everyday dose! High quality product. Easy to shalow. Dhea is absolutely necessairy for women and men, especially after the age of 40. I used to take a dose of 25mg, but it was a big dose for everyday use. I wasn' t able to find a supplement with a smaller dhea dose. So, i am glad that i finally found this one!
