sswanson sells good quality products i pair this vitamin c with my iron supplement which is 2000 mg per day its not harsh on the stomach and the pill size is not big making it hard to swallow and i noticed my immunity increased with seasons changing and the sicknesses that comes with them i was perfectly fine it leaves an after taste
