Full Spectrum® Kola Nut, Catuaba and Guarana, 90 Capsules

I've been taking the kola nut supplement for energy, the catuaba I use to soothe my nerves and the guarana is a sure way to feel alert in the morning or after an afternoon nap. The good quality Swanson version has a convenient blend of these 3 herbal ingredients in decent size quantities and dosage that really appears to have benefit me by helping to fight off my cognitive fatigue in a natural way. By the way, the tablets have no bad taste.

Swanson "Kola Nut, Catuaba and Guarana" capsule's ingredients are an excellent, natural energy source. Catuaba is from the bark of certain Brazilian trees (providing the benefits associated with caffeine & Guarana, BUT, without the stimulant effect), and Guarana is famous for natural caffeine and theobromine content, as is Kola Nut for caffeine and theobromine (from where we get Cola for soda-pop). Swanson also sells capsules of Kola Nut, as a standalone supplement. Very few companies, if any, and I've searched, sell Kola Nut in any form. This complex is an average sized capsule, with no taste at all. I benefit from this being about half the strength of a No-Doz pill (No-Doz brand contains 200 mg of caffeine). I feel this is a high quality, natural, energy-boosting supplement in that I can tell the difference quickly after taking it, within minutes usually. I've never had any bad effects from this, and have been using it nearly daily, as a single-dosage capsule for several years. This should NOT be confused with "Gotu Kola," which I unfortunately did confuse them at first, as they are in no wise the same thing (Gotu Kola is an herb that helps with memory & cognition).

I thought this one has a perfect blend of natural ingredients which should benefit anybody to reduce fatigue, improve focus and help to mobilize oneself. I tried it during long trip by car, worked out great too.

I've experienced a noticeable increase in energy. However, to fully feel its effects, I've found that I need to take 3 capsules per serving. Despite this adjustment, I appreciate Swanson's commitment to quality, as evidenced by the easy-to-swallow capsules and reliable packaging and sourcing quality supplements.
