Okk so it might be a little too much for people to take this 3x a day. I recommend just putting all dosage into a boiling pot for tea . Add your honey and lemon and drink. The size is convenient with the dropper. The ingredient tastes fine, earthy not bitter. The quality is great and it has helped my boyfriend and his father for cough and their respiratory system

Where do I begin? The quality of ingredients of this product is just unbelievable! If you have ANY respiratory issues this product is definitely an answer to them. Dosage is easy, one dropper full is perfect, if your chronic it may benefit you to do more than one dropper full. The taste is similar to black licorice. I wish they sold it in bigger bottles!
