I use 1/2 teaspoon in my smoothie each morning. I love the taste and magnesium is good for your cells. However, magnesium citrate blocks copper absorption - and that is bad.
This is the correct formula of separate magnesium carbonate and citric acid. Taking magnesium citrate is not the same thing. This product produces a nice relaxed feeling, and lessens stiffness. I do trust Swanson quality. Their QC people are knowledgeable.
