I wanted to try Selenium for bone health since I read it can help to strengthen bones. While it's too early to tell if it is working, it doesn't upset my stomach. I've used Swanson vitamins for the last 20 years and found them to be very good.

I have been taking the quality Swanson Selenium supplement recently as I'm trying to boost my immune function, plus improve my hair and nail health, and hopefully my skin as I suffer from psoriasis. I do think my skin has benefited from this ingredient and symptoms have calmed down since taking this mineral.

Selenium helped me sleep. I was very much in need of this supplement. Swanson is a high quality brand and you get a lot of pills for very little money. The taste is good. The pills are easy to use. There is a strong odor but that just tells me this product is working and I did get used to it and it did not taste bad at all.

Husband and I are both taking this in addition to our multi and prenatal to help with fertility. Be careful not to take too much selenium though and took at what your multivitamin already has! In my case I usually take this every other day. Swanson is a good value
