I started with Licorice also from Swanson and DHEA (the lowest dose) and I also wanted to try Pregnenolone at the lowest dose first, as an alternative to DHEA. However my menstruation was a bit delayed, I do not know if it's an effect of it or not. All in all I like the effects a lot so far.

I haven't noticed that this ingredient and dosage does have much of an effect, but I am interested in taking it because of how it thereotically can boost certain hormones and energy, and they're quite affordable. I didn't notice anything off about the taste of these which is great.

Best dosage for me personally but a little frustrating that the price per mg gets so much lower if you buy the higher concentration formula

if you are low in progesterone, you can try this, but be careful if you have stressful life, it can increase cortisol
