excellent product. I wanted to add low dose ALA as higher dose gives me insomnia. I take 1 capsule before lunch . It is early days to see if I am getting any benefits but no negative effects seen so far so I will continue. further update: after taking it for a week, I started getting consistent headache however this is a not negative reflection of the product itself rather it is just that I am very sensitive to supplements and I take a no of supplements at a time so this could be due to some other supplement or a combination of them so for the time being, I have paused this and I will resume at a later date to see how I feel.
