These are smaller than usual, softgel capsules, which are easy to swallow. The dose is ok, and lutein esters are in capsule with sunflower oil to increase bioavailability. Price wasn't bad. Lutein should be good for your eyes, though it probably works as antioxidant also elsewhere in body.
