the quality and ingredients of this product feel top notch for me. the size of the pills are a bit big but you only take one dosage twice daily. there is no taste or after taste. the benefits of this pill will be great for you in the long run for heart health and weight wise. this isn't my first time taking these and I have to tell you. these work well. these are inexpensive and worth the buy. should be good sugar wise if you have diabetes.
