Full Spectrum® Papaya Leaf, 400 mg, 60 Capsules

I have heard that the papaya leaf and root beet can help boost the palate. So I ordered those because my blood count was really low during the chemo. I have been taking one capsule of beet root in the morning and one papaya leaf extract capsule at night, plus drinking beef soup every couple of days. And I was excited that my palate count was from 61 to 107 in one week, I think I will continue this combo until my chemo finishes.

I was diagnosed with ITP with a platelet count of 122 or so. After 3 months of taking this my platelet count is at 133. Hard to say if it's just normal fluctuation or if this has helped but I'll keep taking it for longer and see if it gets even better.

Great antimicrobial that helps tilt the immune response back towards the Th1 arm. I'm not sure how broad-spectrum papaya leaf is, but it helped with the pathogens I wanted it for, and made me so much more comfortable than I usually am with this infections. Very satisfying quality (unsurprising from Swanson) and there's a lot packed into a small container.

After researching low platelets (which my mom suffers from), I came across papaya leaf as a recommended natural remedy. It appears to help her platelet counts. And it's priced very well here.
