This brewer's yeast comes in a nice package with a wide top for easy scooping. We mix it in salads and sprinkle it on popcorn. It tastes great and is high quality. For the dog, we sprinkle it on his food to prevent fleas and keep him healthy and acting like a pup. He also likes the flavor.

no bitterness, great on popcorn or on good crispy toasted bread with olive oil...yum rich in B vitamins, quality product. will try baking in whole grain muffins, and in grainy bread with nuts. it should compliment those flavors. tub is large, so no need to skimp in using it, sturdy construction jar and lid. I'm storing it in the refrig for freshness.
I initially purchased this from Swanson website and happy to see IHERB carries it. I add this to soymilk along with black seaweed powder, flaxseed, and plant based protein powder for my breakfast. I don't feel decrease of energy after starting vegetarian diet for almost 4 months. This is also good supplement for kids if they are receptive to its taste .
Good quality, nice price, packaging is sealed perfectly, and we found the protein intake we lacked since we started doing our vegetarian diet. The taste takes some time to adjust, if taken alone, but mixed with some sauce, or on bread, it's such a good it's a very good health improvement mix we recommend.

I add it to home made dog food for my pup. It helps for coat to be shiny. Good packaging, but I wish they provided a measuring cup
