I used to be so afraid of road trips cos my stomach would suddenly hurt and I would almost need the toilet immediately but I feel like this helped to solve that issue quite a bit. I love that it has 16 strains and even have prebiotics to let the probiotics strive even better.
This is a high strength probiotic which helps with stomach issues. I started seeing results after I my three days! It regulates the bowel and improves digestion, reduces gas and bloating if you take btw meals. I love all probiotics by Swanson, can’t argue with the quality and effectiveness! Will buy again! 💚
Very pleased with this product. They really do the job . Have tried other more expensive types form other companies but had to cut back due to budget, so I tried this and was very surprised at the level of effectiveness at a very affordable price as well. This is now my go to brand for Probiotics.
so far the most effective probiotics i have tried, gonna need around 2 weeks to take effect, good tablet size that you only need to take 1 per day to improve my bowel movement and constipation

Love this product. 20 billion CFU is a strong probiotic and it works well for us. I also like that they use veggie capsules, not gelatin from cows or hogs.
