In my case, I think I would need something much stronger to flush out the extra water, but it's not to say this product isn't any good. It just works differently for everyone
I’ve had great results with these. The first time I was amazed at all the water retention I had. But I take in the morning & I also take Vit E with it. I replace the electrolytes throughout the day. This is made with just herbs & I am absolutely satisfied with the quality & price of this product.
