I take this for suppressing sugar cravings and it really helps. it also has weight loss as an added benefit. the ingredients are few, the size, dosage and taste are all convenient. the bottle has a screw top which is less convenient but not a dealbreaker per se. I will probably buy this again.

I have been very cautious to limit my sugar intake (after 60+) so I’ve cut down on sugar by using stevia whenever possible (like in my coffee and tea). I find that this high quality capsule form is the only tolerable one for me, vs the condensed caplets in which you have to endure the bitter taste before swallowing. For those who’ve never taken it; Gymnema has such a pungent bitter taste albeit the benefits but have no fear with these capsules as you won’t taste a thing!!
