This is one of my staple supplements to help block excess fat and carbs when necessary, without worrying about gaining a few pounds. I been using Swanson products for some time now. I can say, I’ve noticed a difference with this compared to ginseng. Both somewhat pass fats, usually bad ones. I do feel like I haven’t eaten much at all lately and I know it’s less than usual. I wouldn’t rack it up as an appetite suppressant since my stomach still gets full. It’s kind of good to pass a bit more. I’ve been managing with a one pill dosage most times versus the recommended benefit of two. Great quality as usual.
i just love these i can eat carb with out being scared i would gain weight.they dont have taste, easy to swallow and only 2 before eating carbs .i would recommend them
There is a lot of carb in my diet. I am Chinese, so... yeah makes sense. I appreciate how the ingredients and the dosage are effective in terms of making me feel comfortable with the amount of carb intake. No particular taste. Good quality. One thing which I need to point out is that you have to take them before meal, which I always forget, haha!

When I take 3-4 of them before meal with a lot of water, they fill me up, but not sure if I lose wait from taking these. Hels to go to the bathroom tho...

I am not sure - but i have been taking it if i am eating a big meal. My weight has not increased hugely after said meals.
