CLA, 800 mg, 240 Softgels

Now that I'm in my 40s, I feel like my metabolism has slowed down, so I bought this to help with fat metabolism before exercising. The softgel capsules are orange, a decent size, and have a slight odor, but it's within acceptable limits. I didn't feel much effect from taking one capsule before exercise for two months, so I'll continue to experiment to see if I need to increase the dosage or take it continuously.

I take CLA consistently. Rather than dramatic effects, it seems to accumulate well in my body as I take it regularly. I'm not sure if it's due to the CLA, but there isn't much change in my weight even on days when I overeat or eat a bit too much. I take one pill a day.

A very useful weight loss supplement. I take three capsules a day. The dosage is normal. The capsule size is normal. The taste is neutral.
