It is not a standard use, but it does work for me great when applied (the oil only, not the capsule) directly on clean skin on top of a serum before sleep. Like an oil mask, once or twice a week. I am not encouraging you to do it but this is what I experimented with and I found my skin looking great. No inflammation, no rash, only hydrated plum skin for me. Take caution though.

Good quality, seems to be working well. I use this in skin care products as well as taking as a supplement to help with skin. Alternating between this and evening primrose oil has really helped with aging skin. I like that it has no particular scent. It is a large pill but since there's no taste that makes it easier. Would repurchase.

At age of 43 I heard its good for sore breast, I have some benign lumps very annoying, so far so good not much to say cause need time to see if it really works

I have no complaints about this product. I prefer biting the capsule and chewing it rather than swallowing it whole—the oil tastes good. I’ve also used the oil on my skin, and it feels very nourishing. Overall, the quality of the product seems great. I will definitely buy this again!
