Most omega 3 that I see doesn't give a bigger percentage of EPA vs DHA. I've read that EPA helps more with cholesterol. That doesn't mean it really does, I just read it somewhere and since there are products that offer higher EPA I try it. Now if there was something to help my memory of the source of that information.

i can't judge about the quality as i am no expert, but i did not like the taste/smell of the oil like kids toothpaste.
