The packaging was clean and the softgels were not stuck together. Size was easy to swallow and quality ingredients listed are good. The cost was low, but will continue to buy other brands until I find what works specifically for me.

This is better than fish oil as it has no after taste and supposedly better absorption than fish oils. Wry good value for money just one a day!
Got these for older friend as well ....they liked them as no fish smell like some brands ...just a little bit on the big size would be good to have a smaller capsule option as well for people who have swallowing issues and maybe the kids ...we have no issues ....a thick yogurt taken will the pill is better than water they said like Greek style
