Berberine ingredient is too powerful for some taken straight at 500mg, and this package gives the benefit at lower dosage while the body adjusts. My family and I saw noticeable improvements in 2 months using this alone with inflammation, joints, and weight loss; and then we were ready to upgrade to pure berberine (which only increased the benefits).

I find this berberine and curcumin supplement very useful. I definitely noticed a change after I started taking this. For me, it helped eliminate late night cravings and regulate bowel movement. I take the pill in the evening with dinner. The change was noticeable very quickly too, I din't need to wait weeks or 30 days. I reordered since my first purchase and plan to continue doing so.
