I took it because I have received my analysis of thyroid hormones and they are lower then I expected, so I took this strong Scottish Kelp to make the balance. I felt like i have more energy after taking it, and my emotional background became more stable after about a week of taking it. Due to fact it contains 487 mcg of iodine, I took it every day first week and then I started to take it once in 2-3 days, because the daily dose is like 150 mcg ( as far as I read from some researches) The delivery was in less than a week, it was a pleasant surprise for me. Love this the size is big enough for a year or more the quality feels so good and expensive not something cheap the ingredients are natural I love from this product it’s helps me go trough my day you see a good and working effect what you don’t see in other products

When I found a lump near my thyroid gland, I was told I needed a needle biopsy diagnoses. After much research I realized I may need more iodine in my diet so I have been using this supplement instead. While I still need a doctor’s opinion, I no longer have painful glands in my neck.
