I have been using this Zinc for ages now. the dosage and the effects are good. Also packages and size of the capsule small and I like it. 30mg per day it is what most men want just do not forget to take 2 mg of Copper Glycinate in the morning too.

We are taking this supplement to boost our immune systems as cold and flu season approaches. My daughter also takes it to hopefully help alleviate her HS. Got this zinc supplement to support my immunity. It is a good clean product, pill size is so small and I like it. I take it everyday, one pill per day. And more when I need it. The package is good and easy to carry with me in my bag. It does not have s strong taste, just mild like other supplements.
