Good product. When nothing helps for bones, manganese will definitely help. Recommended for women in menopause. The dose is strong and great to start with, and then take 10 mg.

my d dimer is elevated so I should have done a better research before taking Manganese. Just one pill and i experienced shortness of breath. I found out later that manganese helps with the formation of blood clots.
