Every month, I have to buy a lot of things. If I were to evaluate them one by one, I would be very frustrated. So I specially made a template. I took it only twice for estrogen dominance and not sure about the results, I think Indol carbitol 3 which is a precaurser works better for me
I take in the evening in the second half of my period and I noticed some good effects in that I feel less bloated, but at the same time, I feel less emotionally stable when I take it. I don't know if it is placebo, or that is the actual effect. Anyway I will continue to monitor its effects.
I open the capsules, I do that routinely as some of those supplements can be very acidic and / or aggressive on the mucus membranes. This one is not too bad, but you can taste that it is not something that nature made, but rather a very much extracted form. I seem to do better on the days I take those, but it is too early to tell anything definite.

I appreciate the quality and size of bottle. This small bottle holds just enough capsules, it is not too large like other supplements. I find it hard to eat as much broccoli as needed for good health, and this supplement can help top up on DIM. It has no notable taste and the capsules go down easy with water to drink. The ingredients are more pure than other brands.
DIM is usually poorly absorbed. This formulation is optimized for absorption and it’s more effective at a lower dosage than other brands. No observable side effects. More capsules per bottle would be welcome.
