No offense to Swanson but you need to up their game and possibly change your supplier for a better ingredient! My experience with Swanson's vitamin a and vitamin e is pretty bad. For some reason it triggers my eczema and herpes every time I consume it. I already done multiple tests, and it is very consistent that I got itchy when I consumed their products. I consume vitamin a and vitamin e from now foods and solgar and it's fine. It's weird. Swanson, please take notice and audit your supplier! There is something wrong with your vitamin a and vitamin d supplement!
