I'm 44 years old, and I’ve purchased this product many times because it provides lignans, which are crucial for balancing the female hormonal system. It has been available on Herb for about a year, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to buy it here.
Good antioxidant with minimal ingredients. It is not a cheap product but the size of the bottle is generous and the packaging is good. Product has no specific taste and the size of the capsules aren’t huge. Would purchase again. Swanson is a brand I trust but it is hard to find in Canada. Thanks iherb.
not easy to get in europe. thankfully swanson has it. hmr-lignans for my 10 year young(!) dog seem to be good quality, powder inside of the capsules has no smell, no taste, looks good, just pure lignans. looks like capsules are easy to swallow, very small. i open them for my dog. one package lasts for two months (1 per day for dog) so it`s a good pricing from my point of view. good for my dog because of protecting his adrenal glands from producing harmful hormones like cortisol - but also others.
Use it for my dog to support his hormone levels as he fast desexed far too early, that helps him his endocrine system to work at normal levels, also give him grounded linseeds with that. Both work wonders together. Easy to open caspules, only drop one capsule in his food every day.

I am presently taking a similar product on liguid drops, however, this Swanson 7-HMR, 60 Capsules, 40 mg per capsule is way more affrodable and as effective as well.
