I started using ashwagandha to support stress balance. After regular use, I feel more emotionally stable and less tense during the day. It doesn’t make me sleepy or foggy. Easy to add to a daily routine.
This is a high quality supplement using standardised ingredients. I take it on an empty stomach twice a day with some water. The capsule size is not too big, so easy to swallow. It has no weird taste or smell. In summary, I like it and would buy it again.

I’ve been taking Sensoril Ashwagandha for several weeks, and the difference in how I handle stress is clear. Best form of Ashwaghanda, better than KSW + not very expensive.
At age 57, I deal with extremely severe chronic insomnia. Ashwagandha is probably a good, even cult-classic product, but I bought it specifically for my insomnia and, in my case, it didn’t just fail to help — it actually made things worse. It’s an adaptogen, but my nervous system is in such a fragile state that ashwagandha increased my restlessness and disrupted sleep further. The quality of the ingredients is good, and the product itself is well made. I just can’t use it because my system reacts too strongly.. I bought two packages and will try starting again, hoping my system might tolerate it better.
I’ve been using it for a month now. It’s difficult to judge its particular effectiveness, because I combine it with other supplements to improve my sleep. Nevertheless, my sleep is better and my stress levels are lower, so I will continue using it (after a break which is necessary).
Sensoril helps you tackle stress by lowering cortisol, a stress hormone. It's good to take when you feel stressful, difficult to sleep (in case that it's caused by stress).
