It is an excellent product that deserves more attention. I read that it is good for metabolism and energy production. I had no problems taking it and feel it helped me in some ways. I brought Astaxanthin buy curiosity since it's statistically the best antioxidant. Obviously, I didn't notice its antioxidant effect, but my nails and hair grew incredibly, and it tastes a bit of seafood. Due to its visible effects, I'm sure it works properly.
