wanted to find a zinc supplement that wasn’t dosed to ridiculous amounts and i’m glad i found a quality supplement. the ingredient is also in a bioavailable form, as often times companies will list zinc oxide, which is poorly absorbed, as a cheap way to put zinc on the label. i like that it’s just under the RDA, so that you don’t have to supplement with copper to make sure you don’t get a deficiency. overall a good source of zinc for those with plant based diets with not much to choose from

Zinc orotate is supposedly the best form of zinc to take, which is why I picked it. I take 2 per day as prescribed by my doctor. I take them 20 days, then 20 days break, and so on. So far no complaints. The pills are small and easy to swallow.

I like the smaller dose so I can adjust amount as needed depending on the state of my immune system. Most brands have too high a dose to pair with my multivitamin/mineral pills. I like the tiny easy to swallow capsules. Orotate is a top quality form of zinc. Just wish I could get a larger bottle of 240 pills! I use these all the time.
