I had bought these in the larger amount of mg and it was great but I find that this smaller amount is better for me. The quality and ingredients of this type of vitamin is perfect for me. The size and packaging is spot on! I really enjoy the benefits this offers me when it comes to nerve pain. I really thought this was all hype until I personally started taking them. It truly helps with the sciatica nerve in my right leg and groin area. I am very pleased with the end results and will be making this a part of my regime from here on out.

Its hard for me to find this particular ingredient / B1 in the philippines. Its not available on any drugstore, not even on supplements hub in Pampanga. The only way I can get it is through online, but there are many fake products out there. Thats why I ordered through iHerb, and I can attest that it is legit. Quality of the product is great. Benfotiamine helps with my over all, positive outlook. It helps with my nerves, hubby and I take it as we are on a caloric deficit diet and we dont want to have microdeficiencies

Great quality and value, alongside with a great size. This supplement in general seems to help my nerves feel better, I'm not really sure about energy yet but I'm hoping it helps alongside with my diet right now. I also didn't notice any odd taste about this
