I take 1 softgel per day with fat-soluble food. And I alternate it with other fatty acids. For example, I take MCT (caprylic & capric acids) for 1 month, then take Flaxseed oil (Omega 3-6-9 acids) for 1 month, then take Black currant seed oil (gamma-linolenic acid) for 1 month, then take Omega-3 fatty acids with fish oil etc. The intake of fatty acids benefits the absorption of beneficial vitamins & minerals, improving digestion & skin condition. Softgels are large in size, as in the attached photos, & look like Omega-3 softgels. Be healthy!
