I take Bluebonnet Salmon oil because it works and doesn't cause the aftertaste or belching that other fish oils do. When I take it regularly my triglycerides are consistently down, and usually my cholesterol is also much better, with LDLs lowered quite a lot.
I use other Bluebonnet brand supplements and so naturally chose this one for getting the proper balance of Omega 3 oils. Bluebonnet is a dependable brand of excellent quality. I recommend it as well as all of the other products by this manufacturer.
Love BB products. Took it for my friend, but only when it arrived I noticed the soybean ingredient in it, which was surprising to me and I didn't get what it's for... I doubt I would buy it again, though I can't say it's bad, just don't get this additional product where it's not necessary. I wanted just pure salmon oil.

This is a good quality omega-3 salmon oil with clean ingredients and a generous bottle size. The softgels are easy enough to swallow and overall it does the job for daily omega-3 intake. That said, I slightly prefer other omega-3 options with less fishy taste or added flavor. Still a solid product and worth trying if you’re looking for a simple salmon oil supplement.
