They are a smaller version of the larger capsules which make them easier to swallow. As with any other supplement, you don’t know if it really works until you stop taking it. It works for me. I’ve been taking it for a few years now and I am very satisfied with it.
Easy to swallow as it is a smaller gel tablet. No odor of fish. Effective for my arthritis. Take 2 tablets every morning. Lowered my cholesterol at the same time.
I prefer the sundown brand as I have zero fish burps with that. I haven’t been able to find it in a while so I got these as a replacement. I like that nature’s bounty also offers mini soft gels. They are easier to swallow than the regular size but I do get the occasional fish burp with these but that’s not a deal breaker for me. I take these every day to help with inflammation in my knees and shoulders. I also like the other benefits that you get from fish oil. I’ll continue to purchase.
