I take about 300mg a day for my migraines and it's definitely doing what it's supposed to. This product, and honestly any B2 or riboflavin product worth its salt, is also good for anyone who suffers from fishy smell as it upregulates the enzyme that takes care of all this stuff.
this is a good b vitamin for stress, exhaustion, low thyroid, and depression. if you suffer from hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, be sure to not take b within 2 hours of your medication for thyroid. iodine is also ESSENTIAL, even though it's not always found in table salt now.
