I purchased this supplement in order to reduce my migraine frequency and severity, which had increased to an untenable levels after having covid. It took several months to build up in my system (over 3 months), but I have definitely noticed a difference. I still get them (hormonally), but they don't last as long, and they don't seem to be as severe. Hopefully, with continued use, it will continue to reduce over time.

Doctor said few people are taking 400mg a day - which I need. Checked the label and discovered that's exactly what I'm taking. (Only wished they put more in that container. )
