Menogest Progesterone Cream, 2 fl oz (59 ml)

I really wanted this product to be right for me. I'm not sure what went wrong with it but it really made my face break out around my mouth. I did some digging and found many other women having the same reaction and struggling to get rid of the break outs even after discontinuing the product. For this reason, I stopped using it. It's a shame because it worked in every other way for me, so unfortunately maybe I just need to go the not so holistic route for progesterone supplementation. The cream itself was very nice to use. Rubbed in well, no greasy or sticky residue and did not irritate the spots I applied it to (and I have very sensitive skin). Overall, if it weren't for the acne issue, I would definitely continue using religiously.

Taking this to help balance out my estrogen dominance, I use this during my luteal phase only. I’m hoping that it will help raise progesterone levels + am adding Calcium D-glucarate soon. After use during one cycle, the benefits are immediately noticeable! I felt a difference in mood (no longer irritable!) and no more painful cramps! Hoping that results get better the longer I use it.

I just learned that if u take phytoestrogen, u must use progesterone cream as well because it helps balance hormones. I m in peri menopause. I m taking isoflavones during the day and applying this cream before bed. I have very mild menopause symptoms ever since I followed this regimen. This cream helps me sleep better and it's not expensive. I apply this on my face to help smooth out my wrinkles. My skin loves it.

The quality is great with a lovely smooth and creamy texture. Be sure to read the instructions on how and where to apply. Dosage; up to 1/2 teaspoon x twice daily massaged into one of the arras as instructed on the tub.

I was expecting better packaging, and this happened after a long wait . Nice scent. very mild one to be exact. and creamy. absorbant. Small sized cute tub. so far I need to use it for some time to know about its benefits and quality. There is prescribed usage and dosage which I don't really get it but yes I would be mindful of it

The scent is mild, makes skin silky and don’t need very much. I use with another cream to help balance hormones. Will buy again and recommend.
