I have LPR/Silent Reflux (with Hiatus Hernia) and this is one of the best products I've used. I am drinking coffee again sparingly and eating meals I enjoy. Just starting this as an experiment to dissolve contents in to 50 ml of water and use in between meals as a way to see if it helps in potential gerd issues as it provides a protective coating. This instead of Gaviscon which is only available from England with questionable ingredients added to the sodium Aliginate. One should be sure to check on any possible restrictions with other medications.
