Wow, it works! It worked for me. I'm still taking them before going to bed (2 caps). It's not even a week yet (Nov 2025) I have been constipated most times for over 20 yrs now. Nothing I tried really helped, but after I ordered this Colon Cleanse supplement from Solaray, it has definitely made me happy. May be gradually I can work my up to more than 2 capsules /night to see if my colon loves it and clears more. This is the only brand I have tried so far, and I'm very happy I purchased it. UPDATE: Works amazingly 👏 Now I don't take it every day. My bowel mission is more regular after finishing the 1st jar. Keeping the 2nd jar handy and will be taking g from time to time.
