I’ve tried this supplement for the first time because I read that Black Sesame strengthens your nails. I have pretty thin and weak nails but after a month of taking the supplement I’m already seeing the results. I was never really able to grow my nails but now I have the longest nails I’ve ever had in my life. I know that consistency is key when it comes to supplements so I will continue taking these and will add notes here. The quality alof the package is also nice and it’s quite a big sized bottle so lasts for a while!

I ordered these because TCM says they prevent grey hair. I'm still taking them but have an overall sensation that my hair feels more nourished and soft. The grey hair did not disappear but I also don't seem to get new ones. Clean quality ingredients, great pill size, easy to swallow.
