Taking these for Lichen Planus, and they do work. I take 4 a day, and it has improved an awful illness quickly—great quality and pure ingredients. Easy to take, won't be without them now.

Purslane isn't locally available as a food but I'm glad to find it here as it's one of the richest plant sources of Omega-3 and glutathione, vitamins, and minerals.
