I wish people would talk more about malic acid and its benefits cause it really does have some amazing ones. I'm taking it for chronic fatigue and aluminum detox, so I'm determined to use it on the long run. Had no side effects so far.

I bought this product to take in combination with magnesium when I read that it is better to take them together. However, when I take malic acid I always get symptoms like headache and a funny feeling in my stomach. It could be just me. Otherwise, the size of the package is good and they don't have a strong taste.

While I trust the Swanson brand and believe this is a quality product, I personally haven't noticed any difference since I started taking it.
