I bought it because I like the brand and I wanted zinc supplements for building our immunity in this coming flue season, I like the ingredients and size but I don’t like the taste. It is not unbearable but it leaves strong after taste in mouth..I believe it has benefits for our health but Im little disappointed about the taste.
