Vitamins D3 & K2, 60 Vegan Caps

It's the third year in a row that I take vitamin D. Every spring and autumn I test my levels to see how much IU I need for the next couple of months. Vitamin D is not a vitamin, it's a hormone that is crucial for your health. This is why it's also important to test your levels because you would not want to have too much either. Since I am very strict with taking one capsule a day (with vitamin K-2, magnesium, and zinc for best results) I have more energy, I don't get sick so often and I definitely feel better as a whole.

D and K both are important for bone structure. I don’t take it every day and my blood test was good. I’ll keep taking it. Must drink a lot of water or it may damage kidney. I don’t take it when I eat Natto.

I was consistently forgetting to take my Vit D bc they were in dropper form, so I switched to pills. These are really small, easy to take, and will hopefully have an effect on my future bloodwork. I’ll be repurchasing!
