bought this for my dad, who is experiencing vision issues due to diabetes. he has just started, so I can't fully say how potent it is yet. it was recommended, in terms of dosage, since he's fairly new to it, he started with one a day. the size is okay. doesn't have any bad taste.
A really great supplement, very happy with it. I do seem to notice a difference, even though I just started taking it. Very hopeful. Update: almost finished it and there is a significant difference in the sharpness of my vision.
One of my goals is to stay glasses free as long as is possible..so obviously need to care for my vision..so I take Bilberry and lutein and so far so good! and I am in my late 50's and most people I know have glasses so I must be doing something right

I read bilberry is good for the eyes, and as I have aged, I have many eye issues. 1 a day is what I used to take.
