I have been using these for about 10 years. They do smell bad and anyone that knows me, knows if something tastes bad, I won't eat it or drink it. These though, to me are worth it but I do have to hold my breath. I think it's worth a try, it really has helped me from getting sick through the years.

I love what's in this multivitamin because it really is complex (and so its understandable that it's big) and it doesnt make me queasy or sick after but sometimes it is hard to take. The worse part is that you have to take 3 tabs daily for the full dose and I can take 1 max lol .. It is doable though, its just that I dread taking this everyday and I have to mentally prepare myself and focus when I'm taking it. Im not sure if I'll repurchase but I will finish the bottle that i have and for the meantime I'll see if I can possibly find a different brand that might be similar to this.
