I am using different kind of lycopen supplementation for 2 years and this one is the best and purest. How do I know? Well, one of side effects of lycopene is to lower BP and since I have high BP lycopen suites me. In just 20 days my BP is low (be catiuos if you have low BP, or cut the dosage) but this is for now best lycopene supplement that I have used.
